Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased directly from go2Skin. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Returns are accepted for products shipped within Canada.

You may return items for the following reasons:

• Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or defective.
• Wrong Product: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Terms of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
• Duration: Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Payment Details: The refund will be for the full amount paid for the product, including any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
